Urgent Care Niagra: Virtual check-in system for clinic

I was a co-developer for FastWeb Checkin, an automated clinic signup system. Based on the time of day and average wait time of the clinic, patients would go to the site and recieve a registration form and code, and approximate wait time, which would allow them to "check-in" ahead of time and head to the clinic later with their pre-registatration form.
